Lemon and Herb Sea Bass

This Oven Baked Lemon and Herb Sea Bass recipe is very healthy, full of nutrients and infused with lemon and herb taste. Is super easy to make and perfect for quick family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 120g (each) Sea Bass fillets
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme leaves, rosemary leaves, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the Sea Bass fillets in a medium bowl, shallow dish or zip-top bag.
  • Pour the marinade over the Sea Bass, making sure to coat each fillet evenly.
  • Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for a 10 minutes.
  • When ready to cook, remove the Sea Bass from the marinade and discard excess marinade.
  • Preheat your oven 190℃ (375℉)
  • Bake Sea Bass until cooked through for about 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the flavourful and healthy Lemon and Herb Sea Bass.

Notes

  • Cooking times may vary, so it's always best to monitor the fish closely and adjust the baking time to prevent overcooking. Remember that the fish should flake easily with a fork when it's done.
