In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme leaves, rosemary leaves, salt, and black pepper.
Place the Sea Bass fillets in a medium bowl, shallow dish or zip-top bag.
Pour the marinade over the Sea Bass, making sure to coat each fillet evenly.
Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for a 10 minutes.
When ready to cook, remove the Sea Bass from the marinade and discard excess marinade.
Preheat your oven 190℃ (375℉)
Bake Sea Bass until cooked through for about 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
