ISRAELI SALAD

Israeli salad is a refreshing combination of tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion and fresh parsley. It is simple, healthy and delicious you won't be able to resist!

Ingredients

  • 1 wholegood large cucumber, diced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced, any color
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In the large bowl combine the diced cucumber, tomatoes, red bell pepper, red onion and fresh parsley.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and extra-virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to coat the vegetables evenly with the dressing.

Notes

  • Enjoy the salad on the same day it's made for the best texture and taste. Although it can be refrigerated for a short period, the true delight lies in the freshness of its vegetables.
